Refund policy
At Bakhlol, every product is made-to-order specially for you. Because of this, our return and refund policy is slightly different from regular stores.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
We only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- You received a damaged product
- You received a wrong item or incorrect size (from our side)
📌 To request a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
🎥 Mandatory Proof
To process any return or exchange, you must provide:
- Unboxing video (mandatory)
- Clear images of the product showing the issue
❌ Without an unboxing video, your request will not be accepted.
❌ Non-Returnable Cases
We do not accept returns in the following situations:
- Size does not fit (please check size chart before ordering)
- Change of mind after purchase
- Minor color difference (due to lighting/screen)
- Wrong size selected by customer
💸 Refund Policy
- Once your return request is approved, we will process:
- Replacement (preferred), or
- Refund (if replacement is not available)
- Refunds will be issued to:
- Original payment method, or
- Bank transfer (if required)
⏳ Refund processing time: 7–10 business days
🚚 Return Pickup
- In most cases, we will arrange pickup
- If pickup is not available in your area, you may need to self-ship (cost reimbursed if approved)
📦 Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
- Once the order is processed, cancellation is not possible
