Cancellation Policy
At Bakhlol, all products are made-to-order. Once you place an order, it goes into processing quickly to ensure fast delivery.
❌ Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
- After 12 hours, the order is sent for production and cannot be cancelled
⚠️ Important Note
Since we follow a print-on-demand model, each product is specially made after your order is confirmed.
👉 Therefore, cancellation is not possible once the product is printed or shipped.
💸 Refund on Cancellation
- If your cancellation request is approved within the allowed time:
- 100% refund will be processed
- Refund will be issued to:
- Original payment method, or
- Bank transfer (if required)
⏳ Refund processing time: 5–7 business days
🚫 Non-Cancellable Orders
Orders cannot be cancelled in the following cases:
- After 12 hours of placing the order
- Once the order is processed or shipped
- During transit
